Who We Are
Mission/Philosophy
We build the internal capacity of the organization’s
executives, managers, and workforce so that the organization
is capable of adapting in turbulent times and can build a
competitive advantage. Five fundamental principles guide our
work:
1. Focus on helping the client improve their business results.
2. Involve the whole system in developing strategy, designing
business processes and organizational structures…this will
drive improved business results.
3. Build capacity for change into an organization by designing
a series of learning forums aimed at achieving the desired
future.
4. Take an appreciative stance, expanding on best practices
in order to unleash the generative capacity of humans.
5. Create high-performing teams and entire high-performing
organizations in order to achieve fast, flat, flexible organizations.
